Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in at 2pm, check out at 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes. A $200 credit card preauthorisation or cash deposit is required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. We have a night manager on site who can assist with after hours check in

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Depending on room availability. If you really require a late check out it may be best to book another night. Alternatively, we can store your luggage for you while you hang out at the pool or head into Surfers or the beach for one last shop/swim

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposit is required at the time of booking. For low season booking, payment must be received in full 7 days prior to check in. For High season booking,  payment must be received in full 30 days prior to check in.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays Hols 9:00am - 2:00pm
Closed Christmas Day

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

You can book theme park tickets, airport transfers, fishing charters, day cruises, winery tours, go karts, dinner shows ....

Services & Facilities FAQ's

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, Wifi is available at very reasonable rates (TBA)

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have an amazing outdoor pool with spa and rock fountain, gymnasium with steam room and shower, tennis court, games room, conference room, bike hire, kiosk, tour desk

Q: Is there car parking available?

Car Parking is FREE in our secure underground car park (1 vehicle per room)

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes. Our beds are fully made up. We supply one towel and 1 hand towel per guest. Pool towels are available from reception for just $5 for your whole stay.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Our rooms are serviced if your booking exceeds 8 days. For an 8 day booking, your room is serviced on the 4th day.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated throughout the cooler months. It is not required in Summer as it gets so much sun. The spa is heated all year around

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are a 700m walk from Caville Avenue, 300m to Q1, 550m to the Beach, 3km to Broadbeach

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are a variety of shops and restaurants only a 300m walk away beneath Q1and along Surfers Paradise Blvd

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. There are North and South bound bus stops less than a 3 minute walk from Paradise Island Resort. The nearest station for the G-Link Tram is less than a 5 minute walk ( adjacent to the Q1 Building)

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Q1 and Skypoint Observation Deck, Infinity, Draculas, AquaDuck

Q: How far away is the race track?

3 Km or a 6 minute drive

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Woolworths is a 600m walk, there are are several other smaller convenience stores nearby also
